Bought in May for a cleaning company. The rubber piece was loose upon arrival and came loose within three months. The metal holding the fibers was never soldered around the full perimeter of the tip. It came off and ended up with fibers and bare metal. Lasted less than a year. The only reason it took so long was because I made it longer.
