not returned because it looks like it might work and i don't want to deal with the hassle but not that reliable, as i expected. The body of the tool/handle is made of hollow plastic. much cheaper quality than what i am used to from tools and especially for something meant for emergencies this has to be an item to rely on. I want to know that I can rely on it. I will keep looking for something better. At least smashing someone's window will work if the kid or dog is locked in a hot car this summer. It might not save my life falling off a cliff, but it might save some puppies and children.
