How could I not know something like this was on sale? I bought this to clean sofas but that is secondary to the potential of this product. Its strength lies in the power of the vapor (damn it, be careful, it's HOT), the operating time of the machine and the length of the cord. I'm obsessed and can't stop eating this thing! Cleaning of outdoor grilles, air conditioner vents, decorative pillows, banisters, kitchen tiles. The possibilities are endless! Before and after photos of my kitchen tiles are commercially worthy. I can't believe the progress this little machine has made - in 1 minute it did what I couldn't do in 9 years. Beware! Once you discover the hidden dirt in every part of your home, you won't be able to put it down! However, there is also a downside. As everyone says, it's made up of very cheap parts (hose, click mechanism buttons, "lock" button on the extension (already stuck after 1 use), etc. I read the reviews and I knew what I was getting into, but I don't understand why the company isn't investing in better parts for a product that is above average I would be willing to pay more for such a high performing product with parts that last longer I've only used it one day and not sure if it will last long.
