Pros and cons of these G-Shocks. The positives first: the watch is definitely invisible. Despite all the photos, nothing can be seen in the dark. Even the hands are dull and unobtrusive unless you shine a bright flashlight on them. I haven't had it long enough for timing measurements, but if that's true of every Casio G-Shock watch I've owned, I'm sure it will be outstanding. The fit is great and the strap is very adjustable. Not too big face and very well thought out buttons that are hidden and easy to use. The G-Shock was excellently priced and this is a great watch. .Now the cons: the backlight is so thin, the clock is almost impossible to read in the dark, and the light only stays on for a second. It's clearly visible under the red lamp, but this defeats the purpose of the camouflage. There is no indication of the functions of the buttons so it is very important to read the manual and remember it as you will not know what the buttons do as they silently transition into the watch face. A total of three stars for the backlight for night use made this difficult to pass.
