At first the description of this product said the company was based in Texas so I figured I was buying an American made product. No, the packaging clearly says "Made in China". If I had known that, I would never have bought this product. Second, the dry bulbs don't work at all. I've used them 3 times now and everything comes out of the dryer with such strong static electricity it's like I haven't used anything at all. And since I've used the product, I probably won't be able to return it, so I've learned my lesson. Seriously, don't waste your money on this product. UPDATE: The seller kindly refunded the purchase price of this product. I appreciate your quick reply. Although this product did not suit me, it can be very useful for you. Try it.
