Love! Much less trouble applying to babies' inflamed buttocks. The rash was gone in a day! The only downside to this spray is that it has a fairly wide spray. I usually spray it on something nearby if I'm not spraying close enough. For example, it can be very wide on a newborn's buttocks. But one complaint is not enough to dislike the product.
