Wow, they have amazing adhesion. We bought at least 4 more led strip kits for my kids from other brands and they all fell off the walls with regular color. So much so that we taped the rest to keep them secure. I installed them in an old cage that I remodeled. The inside wasn't the cleanest or smoothest and there were a lot of nails driven in from above. It was so sticky I almost couldn't get it out to adjust. I pulled on it to adjust, the 3 wire connection broke and the last 1/4 of my bulbs went out. If it wasn't so sticky I would have kept it. Not the supplier's fault, however, the "tape" that the lights shine on is very thin compared to other LEDs we have (the material of which is rubber-like). So I gave it 4 stars. Just be careful in handling and adjusting if necessary. Also, they're not that bright compared to other LEDs we have. While I don't need it brighter for my purpose, it worked. I would definitely buy them again for other projects! Maybe for table lighting or under a shelf to display decor or photos. You can see under the kitchen cabinets but I'm not sure if there will be light. I'll probably have to buy a few and group them together to make it bright enough. That's why I gave it 4 stars.
