Well, that might be because I misread the diagrams, but I Thought my laptop would fit in the zippered padded center section.. It doesn't.However, it FITS in the center velcro compartment so overall the bag's function will ni Not affected, only my organization > when unpacking for the first time, there was a very slight smell, but it completely disappeared after 5 minutes. I am very happy with this purchase and feel like a steal for the price! Would recommend and buy again! If you're on the fence, go for it! :)
