The product looked very good. When plugged into the Thr 3.0 Type-C port on my Lenovo Flex 5, it didn't recognize it and found it after a few minutes, but it also had an unusual drive plugged into it. After plugging into a Lention multi-plug USB port, it took forever to boot, I couldn't copy or move files, which is what I wanted to do. Eventually I gave up and passed out. Then my computer started acting strange and freezing some applications. Shut down the computer using Ctrl-Alt-Del as it will not shut down normally. When I turned it back on, I couldn't access Microsoft Edge. close again. The same thing happened again. Eventually I had to revert to a Windows restore point. The computer is now running normally again. The Lention Multiport device is returned to Revain
