When I took the seat parts out of the box I was impressed with the quality of the parts. The decoration looks very quirky but in the spirit of mid-century modern design. The chair was not easy to assemble. I found that the holes in the back of the chair in the metal were large enough for the screw heads to go through. I accidentally scratched the wood as the bolt went through. When assembling the chair, do not tighten the screws until all 4 are tightened. The chair is comfortable, the height is comfortable. The legs have 4 small screws to allow the chair to be balanced.
