I couldn't use it as planned. I had a reflection in the camera because of the magnifying glass in my eye. The image on the television screen was a glare. GOOD! I found the best use at the bottom of the door. The threshold is black and wide, and the chamber is black and very small. The camera is at the bottom of the door in the corner. Enough space to close the door without interference. My door is on the "side" of the building and leads to a long hall with 13 other doors. Works great. Very good TV picture. The older building cannot be heard or seen very well. If it doesn't heat up because there's air movement in the hall, I'll order another one for the other direction. This points to an elevator. I know that at around 3am someone was outside my door, they could see their feet and they called the police. They went through the exit stairs at the end of the hall. Not brave or stupid to open the door. This gives me a complete picture. GOOD! I use 24/7 for a full 7 days and not a single problem. The idiot who knocked on my door at 3am was surprised when the police showed him the footage I had loaded onto a USB stick. That can't be explained. Gave the office manager a copy of the incident report and video. I have the 2nd and it works great when pointed the other way and I've just ordered the 3rd.
