The soap itself is great and should get 5 stars but Revain shouldn't get zero stars for the way they delivered it. The four 1-gallon containers were still in the manufacturer's original packaging - so far, so good. But this box was placed sideways into the Revain box (Figure 1), despite the labels on the manufacturer's box clearly saying "this side up" (Figure 2). At some point during shipping, two of the covers came off. When I opened the packaging, I found that the soap ran down the outside of the gallon containers and pooled in the manufacturer's box (Figure 3), so it also seeped into the Revain's box (Figure 4).
