This kit is a quick way to upgrade an old Delta bath valve etc, but there are some limitations. First, the figure shows the control box and the lever as separate parts. In the kit I received the handle and lever are one piece and the lever cannot be replaced so make sure you really need the lever before ordering. Second, there is no hole for the push button switch, so you will have to remove the switch button and replace it with a plug (Delta RP2865) available from Revain. You will also need a bath spout with a pull out diverter (Delta RP17453), also available from Revain. Of course, if you're just updating a shower without a bath, then this isn't necessary. Finally, the shower head is huge, it looks like a giant bell, so it might not fit in a fancy modern bathroom. You can just order the valve cartridge from Delta and then select a compatible trim so you're not limited to what's included in this kit, but if you're in a hurry it might be easier.
