The ViewSonic website claims that the touch works with Android. NO NO I had to send it back. Looks like ViewSonic is one of those companies that likes to make everything ultra-proprietary so stock drivers don't work. It's time to open your eyes to ViewSonic, now is the era of open source. If you don't make things highly compatible sooner or later, you will be left behind. I've ordered a smart version of it with Android built-in, we'll see how it goes, but its Android version is very old, so I'm afraid it won't be compatible with new apps.
