Poor Design - Hardware
Towel rail and toilet paper insert are poorly designed. They cannot be tightened enough to stay straight. It's a constant struggle with weight and gravity - our towel landed on the floor almost exactly as it did on the bar. We even disassembled it and used Loctite. Still failed. Canceled and bought another. He kept the star because so far there have been no problems with double towel rails or coat hooks.
