I ended up ordering a second one to complete the hole I need to poke through the stock wall. I strongly recommend using the hammer drill at a lower speed. If you run the bit too fast the carbide will shear/split the next time it hits rock/cement. The pole broke before it could pass the first hole. The hole I need to make is in the 8" filled stem wall. I run the chisel out with a smaller Milwaukee Puncher. I believe the sheared carbide is my fault, the broken shank was/was unexpected. I was expecting "that this happens. Dwell a few more holes. This is an easy purchase accordingly. What all the other reviews say about the set screw is true. I recommend red Loctite and wrapping the set screw to keep it from flying off (since it's slow and. creates a lot of dust, a standard water gun works surprisingly well.
