At first I thought this was a decent $50 stone. Man I was wrong! I now sharpen a lot of tools in my new hobby and I'm tired of the whetstone and the mess they require so I decided to give this a try. It worked fine for the first two dozen times, but I found it was getting slower and slower. Now when I try to use it, it takes me 15 minutes just to reset the 25 degree bevel on the plane! The stone is thinly worn on one side and very thinly worn on the other. It's only been a month and 4 days. They say they have a lifetime no questions asked guarantee and I'm hoping they contact me to make it a rite of passage but I don't know how to get them on Amazon as the 30 days have expired.
