Really easy to put on
This is a great swim cap, I have long thick wavy curly hair and I am a beginner swimmer, I had trouble getting the silicone caps on, but it is very quick and easy. I found the slides exposed my ears a bit during swim lessons. I chose fabric because silicone had so many bad reviews (a shame because it would be perfect). They should also offer more colors.
