Pasta took purely out of interest. I do not claim expert opinion. I did everything for myself on two home PCs that I use every day, they are without any overclocking. Actually about configs: 1. Open bench, b660i, i5 12400f + Noctua NH-L9i, 32 RAM, RTX 3060ti. As a result, the temperature fell by an average of 4-6 degrees for all cores. The paste was originally the one that came out of the box. After about an hour of playing RDR2 at 4k, the CPU warmed up to 65-67 degrees at about 1300-1500 rpm. 2. Mini ITX case Cooler master nr200, b550i, R5 5600x + Noctua NH-U12A, 32 RAM, RTX 3080. The temperature also dropped, but already by 3-4 degrees, since the case is cramped and all components are close to each other . Also, after about an hour of playing RDR2 at 4k, the CPU warmed up to 74-77 degrees at about 1600-1800 rpm (again, due to the close arrangement of the components). All in all, I don't regret the purchase. For my purposes, the purchase was justified. The paste has been working since the January holidays, the temperatures are stably the same as on the first day of application. Maybe in a couple of months I will add info.
