This TV case does its job well! The front flap attaches to each side of the TV with Velcro, so it forms a good seal to keep most of the moisture and dust out. There is a small gap at the top where the Velcro begins. Although mine is under a canopy. If you don't have a TV cover I'm not sure a cover will protect it from rain unless you make one. The rear flap, which contains the mount, is also attached with Velcro around the entire perimeter. There is an 8 inch (approximately) diameter round cutout for a mounting bracket with a flap to close. My binding comes in with a shoulder in the middle so it doesn't cover it completely. I can cut out where the arm enters to allow the flap to come down and cover that part. Now it's just on hand. The back panel also has 2 holes top to bottom for larger double bail attachment and the bottom of the circle is Velcro attached so you can slide it around the handle. Check valve. When attached, it also has a gap on each side. I live in Texas, so having a few open areas allows for good ventilation to keep the TV from overheating, so that doesn't bother me. All in all, this is an excellent cover. I've looked through everything I found on Revain and haven't found a better design. I wish the front flap was attached at the bottom so it could be pulled down to watch TV instead of being pulled up. Mine is set too high to easily open and fold back without a stool or one of my 6'6 giants.
