Hisense Roku remotes are a problem.

Not sure if this is a Roku or Hisense issue. I bought a Hisense Roku TV in December. The included remote control is dead. Bought a replacement, also died. We just bought a universal remote as we refuse to buy a new Hisense Roku remote every few months.
