This is a blue/grey faux fur bumper. my cats like to curl up. (They just refuse to do it when I have a camera). This bed is a bit like a "Russian hat with silver fox fur". It has high sides, is quite deep (4-5 floors) and my cats just curl up in the middle. with occasional yielding of paw or back from edge as they roll onto back. However, my cats really love it (and prefer it) over some others. One last note. I'm not ashamed to say that this isn't a particularly attractive pet bed. This will likely be your reaction if you manage to remove the tape. And this bed comes almost maliciously packed in a black sack, which is wrapped again and again with packing tape until it cocoons out of the tape. It takes a little effort to get out of the packaging, but the bed will expand once you cut the tape. My guess is that this was done to compress the packaging as a cheap alternative to vacuum sealing. (IE: squeeze as little as possible and wrap with tape!)
