I have always used HP cartridges in my HP printer. It just seems like HP thinks they sell GOLD at the prices they charge. The cost of the prints made me look elsewhere. I found several brands there and at Revain. I chose this because I had three cartridges of each color compared to the price of one HP cartridge. I figured if that doesn't work I'd just go back to HP, but I had to at least try. They arrived promptly intact and in good condition. I ran out of color ink when it arrived so had to replace it immediately. The only difference I've noticed is that you insert the cartridge into the slot and then press down lightly to lock it in place. This mark will require you to press a little harder. I also had to pull them back a little on some because I had pushed them too far. Although it was a small problem. Of course I started getting all the warning messages that the printer recognized non-HP inks. I expected the FBI to break down the front door. After I clicked the "OK" button, everything was fine. I LOVE the price of the ink. I have printed hundreds of color marketing materials and they are in excellent condition. I haven't had to replace them yet. Even if I end up with fewer copies, the savings in cartridges are significantly lower than with multiple copies. Stop supporting HP and give this brand a try. I'll be ordering another set of 3 soon. For the price, it's finally easy to have extras on hand so you don't run out!
