Check the solder joints.
I've read some bad reviews of this power supply from people who had trouble getting it to work. When I received my power supply I did a very thorough inspection and found that the solder joints on one side of the board were too short to indicate that some of the connectors may have been capped. I resoldered bad connections before applying power and had absolutely no power issues. Haven't tried the full output current yet, I bet the voltage is stable to at least two amps. With this current, the radiators do not even heat up. I would recommend this delivery
