Bleed must be up to work
Cannot be used with gauge up IF you want a bleed up. The vent cap must be cut off, otherwise mineral oil will leak out. Also, be careful when cleaning around the rubber vent cover. Wiping with a cloth may "roll or pull" the rubber stopper out of the hole. If the pressure gauge points upwards, oil flows out.
