OUTDOOR TIPS: We used the racks outdoors with the weights placed on top of the racks. By the time we wrapped the bouquet of balloon stems with rubber bands, a light breeze kept pushing the stems of the balloons off the base. This took into account our adjustment needs to use the grandstands from the outside. :) INSTALLATION: At least one of the pole-to-balloon attachments is broken. Most of the pieces went together well, but some were difficult or mismatched. Instead of 7 balloons we only used 6. Though I don't think anyone noticed. GENERAL: For the price paid this was reasonable and proved helpful. If you're looking for the perfect balloon stand, there's probably a more expensive one out there, but it worked brilliantly for our event.
