My husband and I have both used them. He liked them as an alternative to brushing his teeth when hiking or after rinsing his mouth when camping. Very small and convenient. I tried one and while the effects were spot on (fresh breath, clean mouth) they were absolutely gross to me. The texture disgusted me, going from gritty to runny and then making me choke on swallowing. I would never rinse after brushing my teeth and it was like brushing instead of spitting and rinsing. I tried a second time and spat out the liquid to see if it got better, maybe my first try still grossed me out, but it still grossed me out. They are very strong (minty).
