I bought the black 63XL from VAKER to see if they work well. This works very well. Then I bought the color 63XL, but there was a problem with it. error messages. VAKER customer service got in touch and helped. They then offered to swap out the cartridge to see if the second cartridge worked. That solved my problem and it was great. Now they have a customer for life and say goodbye to Hewlett Packard with extortionate prices. I tried a competing 63XL for my HP 5258. They've tried three times to get it running, to no avail. They credited my purchase but did not credit the postage for YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. Poor customer service and bad business practices. I used to buy other inks for various HP printers, but will no longer deal with LD products. Bad service = no future business.
