So these are NOT audiophile contest winners, but for $9.99 they will wake up your system. The original dash tweeters in my 2014 Mazda 6 are luckily dead, there is a spot in the speaker grille that fits them perfectly. I just plugged them into my existing tweeter wire, plugged them back into place, added some crazy glue to be sure, and my system was tuned back to high frequency. Actually a lot of highs where I had to lower the highs by 2 notches. Hey, I'd rather have more than less. Problem solved. I just spent $15 and an hour of my time. Could I get "cleaner" sounding tweeters? Yes. But they would also cost me 10x and I didn't want to spend them now. This is more than good for what I paid and I honestly feel like my system sounds louder now.
