I award 3 stars simply because the shipping was fast and the review is overdue. When I first put the strap on it seemed a little loose, but it's exactly the strap that was needed and I didn't actually see the original because it broke when I took it off so I need a new one. It took me a while to use the belt because we were moving and it took me a while to find it afterwards. I once cleaned the living room in our new house. We have a sliding glass door and carpet so a month goes by and I have to clean it again. I didn't do 1/4 of the water tank and the brushes stopped moving and I smelled rubber. All in all I paid $13 to have my room cleaned.
