Review on 🪑 Craftsman Adjustable Height Rolling Creeper Stool with Storage Tray CMXZSAJ93382 by Shawn Tolbert

I got this stool for Christmas. It's far from a high end product but the price is quite reasonable and with the Craftsman name I assumed it would be a quality product. The stool is not very comfortable, the cushion is quite thin, other than that it seemed to work fine. After 2 months of use one of the wheels fell off, looks like it twisted during installation and I couldn't put the nut back on. I contacted Craftsman on March 14, 2021, after waiting a week for a response I was referred to a different department with a warranty claim, they never responded to my messages so I contacted the original department. I was informed that the problem will be fixed, but after 1 month still no response, still no help, still no replacement stool. Go ahead and buy a new stool from another supplier.
