Nice skirt for winter, late autumn and early spring

I am 1.60 m tall and weigh 65 kg. Waist 80cm I usually wear size 8. I ordered size M first. It's comfortable in the waist but there is too much material on the back of the hips. I switched to a smaller size. Everything was fine this time except the waist is a bit tight. I removed a few stitches (about 1-1/2" on each end, see second photo) securing the elastic inside. This released the strap. Now it's very comfortable and beautiful. First time wearing it with a pair of boots and a short sweater.I find it also goes well with a light grey, light blue or tan sweater.The material is thick and keeps you warm.
