Fits my tall 3 year old who wears size 9 shoes

It's hard to tell how they fit as my 3 year old is the size of a 4 year old and I don't mean by the waist but she wears size 9 shoes and these socks fit her perfectly and I always look still or hear them whining about them slipping down so I think they're good and I'll probably buy her more if she still loves Frozen when she needs more
