Review on 💨 Stay Cool and Efficient with the Vornado 133DC Energy Smart Compact Air Circulator Fan – White by Kimberly Evans

Edited Rating after 1 year: I need to downgrade this product to 1 star in just 1 year. Just today, after keeping this device clean and not even using it for 24 hours (about 12 hours use, max daily. Basically 6-7 hours while I'm sleeping), it suddenly lost most of its performance. It still turns on, but so weak, even on the highest settings. I have no idea what happened. It can't be an on/off trigger like my larger 610DC which literally ALSO (accidentally) just started working (but after 5 years of daily use instead of one). No obvious power issues (everything plugged into the surge protector works and even on the outlet used). So this will be the SECOND Vornado variable speed fan that I will ship under warranty in literally less than 3 weeks. I'm still waiting for my first order to arrive via FedEx since it shipped on September 3rd (but I blame FedEx more than Vornado). Photo before they send the replacement fan in the mail, so you have NO FAN or have to spend more money for the replacement fan while waiting for the replacement fan to arrive. Which leaves me in a terrible place. I'm not sure I'll be buying a Vornado from now on when I literally look forward to it every year. Simultaneously. With BOTH my Vornado fans. The customer service from the agents I've dealt with at Vornado has been fine so far, but the quality of the product itself I really can't confirm anymore. Not for the price you pay for it. I've been a staunch supporter and even persuaded my sister to buy the same two Vornado fans I have (610DC and this smaller one) and she loves hers too. Living in a tropical climate, I didn't have to turn on the air conditioning at night with the older and larger model thanks to the Vornado variable speed fan. he blew on me at night. So I just decided to buy this desktop version to see how powerful it is and if it helps me stay cool on hot and muggy nights while conserving energy. I'm very happy to report that this small desktop version is just as impressive. ! I need to increase the speed compared to the larger version, but that's to be expected. The bonus of this desktop version is that it doesn't have that pesky adapter box. It has a regular two-prong cable and that's it. I can't wait to see if it can compete with my trusty, older, larger version as well. You'll have to unscrew a few screws to remove and clean the cover, but it's not hard at all. I will never buy another fan type or brand ever again! Vornado Variable Speed Fans are simply the best and well worth the price!
