Nail polish doesn't work or machine

I brought this item to my goddaughter for a spa party. When the manicurist wanted to paint the girl's nails, the nail polish didn't work, that was clear. She needed 7 coats for each girl just for the color they wanted to show off. The paint also broke off almost 5 minutes after immersing hands in the water. I agreed to the car when in doubt, so I brought a professional gel polish and set the car to the highest level. The paint did not dry, air bubbles formed. The girls also complained that the car was burning Turu's hands.
