You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. This works, but creates a lot of dust from the grinding wheel. No metal dust, but rim dust. This means that the grinding wheel doesn't last very long and I also have to dress the wheel quite often. But it was cheap compared to $65 for the top wheel.
