Review on Shine Bright with Capezio Girls' Ultra Shimmery Footed Tights by Ryan Gordon

My daughter is 40 pounds/44 inches. It corresponds to the dimensional grid of small Capezios. When these tights arrived they were very tight in the tummy. After 30 minutes the pantyhose on the inside of my 4 year old daughter's right thigh started to tear. I am so disappointed with the price and the brand. The size is too small even for own diagram recommendations. Even my daughter hasn't scratched her leg anywhere in this short time.
