I would recommend this skirt to anyone with a waist of 38-37 inches and under. The material is strong enough to hold the folds and not brittle enough to be blown around in the wind. For reference, my measurements are 43-37-41.5 feet. Ordered this for an Erza Scarlet cosplay. Want to order more for other cosplay/business costumes! π
