Review on Algoworks by Ray Cole

The support team at algworks was very helpful when I had questions about how best to use their products for my needs (and they were always willing to help!).

Their pricing structure seemed fair but it's not cheap by any means! There can be some lag time between an issue being reported or resolved with them. If you're looking for someone who will work with your organization as part of its own sales process - this might fit well w/o having to pay extra out-of-pocket. They helped us set up our new system so that all of our data could flow into one place from multiple sources (Salesforce & Excel).
