A lot of positive reviews made me buy this hanger. Basic instructions and a much wider center column than any photos from previous reviews and even the product description Either I got a rare bad product or the design is now compromised Base seams won't line up for screws without using a rope as a tourniquet to exerting more than 200 pounds of force threads pulled on several screws, even without tension the attached part two joints holding three spinal segments together loosely enough for the top to wiggle a few inches, and that's before the weight is supported by the clothing. Maybe it's an accident, but I'll return it and pay more for a hanger somewhere else. UPDATE: Received refund with no return. Cheers for the good service but I still don't know where to hang my coat.
