Review on Nelson Rigg RG 1055 Black Trails Adventure by Roman Niko

So it's a really good bag but unfortunately after a month of use one of my fastening straps broke. I contacted customer service and made a warranty claim but never received a response. I will try another bag with clip on straps so if they break again they can be replaced. Without the customer service I would have given this bag 5 stars.
