Review on ZenART Espresso Watercolor Beginners Aspiring by Kim Sanchez

This watercolor palette really surprised me in the best way. I did not expect such a large increase in pigment from a product in this price range. The choice of colors is really well sorted and you can play with it. I really enjoyed layering the colors and keeping them as vibrant as they were. I wasn't sure about the packaging at first as it has plastic bowls inside, but I see the reason as it's very functional for water fountains. I think it's great that there are two brushes that you can travel with. The flat brush in particular was really good as it blends perfectly with the shapes and allows you to pick up the color very smoothly. The water brush is of course a great way to travel with water in the palette. I found it very clever that a sample sheet was enclosed with the packaging and labeled. As with any watercolor palette, having color swatches is extremely helpful as they will look different in the palette. This palette has room for it right out of the box. The palette also comes with a translucent anti-cut protection, which I've never seen in a watercolor palette before. I found this really interesting and will probably come in handy when traveling with a pallet and making sure everything stays in good condition. The metal tin and the design of the box are quite unique and beautiful, which was also a big surprise. It's incredibly light, which makes traveling a lot easier. While I'm not a huge fan of plastic trays, I can see their benefits and how they can really work here. Overall my experiences with colors are positive and I will definitely travel with these colors in the summer. Such a vibrant pigment! Excellent colors for color matching and color reproduction.
