Easy to install, direct replacement.
I have a 2005 C6 Corvette and it was a direct install. From time to time my hood would not come up. Very low mileage car but the struts were original so naturally they started to leak and were easy to compress by hand. It has good resistance and a perfect fit. Installation took 10 minutes. Easy to do. Great value for money and highly recommended.
