Instructions printed very small. I'll just rub it on my gums. Flavor of cinnamon and mint. I think rubbing the gum every day will improve their health. Can teeth be restored? nope! I'm not sure how they claim that, but they back down a bit and claim that healthy gums lead to healthy teeth...well, that makes sense. I was surprised that the return address on the package was directly across from me...but maybe it's just a distribution point. I will try for a month and then evaluate.
