Disappointed with this item. The first one that arrived was defective: one of the screw holes on the bars was already ground, and one of the top holes was deformed where the screw didn't go all the way. I ordered a replacement and one of the bottom holes on the outer stand was drilled crookedly so it wasn't lined up for screwing in the bar. Luckily I forgot to go to UPS and send the first one back as a return today so I could replace the parts and get it working. But these are the two faulty units I received. If I had sent the first one back, I would have had to send the second one as well. Not all feet are touching the ground, but when leaning on them, everything seems fine. I think $19.99 is overpriced for this item given the low quality and poor workmanship. I will keep it because it serves its purpose and I'm not choosy enough to buy another. But I am surprised that this product ranks 14th in its category given the poor workmanship that leaves the customer dissatisfied with defective items and returns. I expect more from a product that has 4.5 stars, 5000+ reviews and a rating this high.
