Life as art is subjective (budget flat rate review)

Can't understand all the positive reviews. When I see so many positive reviews I tend to think that people are being compensated or that the reviews are fake. Here's the actual review. First of all, for the price, you can't really expect anything of high quality. If you researched anything about down/feather comforters, you would find that they are quite expensive. But since I was looking for something very light, based on all the "wonderful" reviews, I took a chance when I should have known better from the start based on the cheap price alone. I will say that it is really very easy. And it's also very warm. But then again, I sleep in a hot state, so the "warmth" factor is subjective. It would keep me warm in the Texas winter IF the heat wasn't on at night. But for the sake of other freezing kids in the house, I turn off the fire. This makes finding the right duvet and temperature for sleeping in your home a constant shift. Feels and sounds like plastic. It's not soft at all, which was the deciding factor for me. I can't hear all the rustling of the ceiling. It's like trying to sleep with a garbage bag instead of a blanket. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and what you can afford. I suspect the people who wrote all the positive reviews don't have the high standards I'm used to.
