VERY VERY SMALL for men
I wear trousers with a 31" or 32" waist. According to the instructions I ordered this belt in size 34. I can't even hold the belt to the first hole. It is clearly marked as a 34, so the manufacturer sees it as correct. I will reorder a 3 inch larger one. hope this works
