I love it! Large Ziploc bags are so versatile and I use one (large size) almost every day for the following purposes: 1) They are perfect for storing sweaty clothes and wet towels after a workout. I use L bags to store my sweaty and wet stuff after hot yoga: leggings, bra, tank top, frosted towel and sweat towel, as well as shower shoes and a wet body towel when I shower in the studio. A large, one size fits all bag fits all of these items and there is still room and the closure is strong and secure so I don't have to worry about the bag opening and sweating my dry items or duffel bag. 2) I found out about a travel blog. that these ziploc bags can be used to hand wash small items of clothing in a hotel room when traveling as they are made of durable plastic and have a bottom panel to allow them to stand upright when filled. I used one of the L bags to do my laundry in the bathroom. I filled the bag 1/3 full with water and added a small amount of detergent for delicate fabrics (Laundress brand) along with 2 bras and 3 pairs of panties, then squeezed most of the air out of the bag/closed it and let the clothes out open. Soak for 10 minutes before stirring gently. I drained the dirty water, replaced it with fresh water, and repeated the rinse cycle. I squeezed excess water out of clean clothes and hung them in the bathroom to dry. After drying, they were as clean and fresh as possible. The larger Ziploc Big Bag can also be useful for washing large garments/loads. 3) I have also used one of these bags to store my regular dirty laundry when traveling so my clean clothes are kept separate from my dirty clothes in my suitcase. These Ziploc bags are also great for storing shoes in your suitcase - the bag can be folded/rolled up so your shoes don't take up extra space in the bag. These Ziploc bags are more versatile than the laundry/shoe bags often sold in travel organizer sets because they serve more than one function! (Same as above.) I highly recommend them for storing wet or dirty items on the go, when traveling, and for hand washing small garments with minimal space and equipment.
