Very well made device - so far. It is not known if it will be long, as only time will tell me the answer to this question. As at least one other reviewer has noted, rubber straps DO NOT work if you have anything other than the THINNEST phone case on your phone. I have a Galaxy 7, an iPhone SE and a few others that I switch SIM cards on. Everyone has cases. Even a small iPhone SE with a battery case doesn't work with rubber bands to secure it. This means I either have to constantly remove my phones from the case to keep them secure in this holder or I don't use the extra elastic strap. Straps to keep phone securely in place. As for vibrations, I honestly don't trust the side clips 100 percent to hold the phone. Maybe if I put it on the side it will hold up well. And with very large phones (I also have a Motorola G7 which is quite large) you really have trouble, even without a case, to keep the rubber straps from slipping off the corners of the phone. They give you extra straps. . It would be nice if they give you a large and normal set so you can swap them out if you have an XL or normal size phone. Got it on a lightning sale so it's a very good deal for me. I'm definitely keeping it. It's almost perfect, but a little short.
