The item is packed in a nice box. After installing the headlights and wiring exactly as instructed, my headlights didn't work. I checked everything I did from checking the fasteners and wires to make sure nothing was damaged and checked the wiring to make sure it was correct, but the light still didn't work. Eventually I went to an AC tester and poked through every wire coming out of the jack at the car junction. One of the cables had a short circuit. I cut off about 6 inches and replaced it with a piece from a hardware store and it works fine now. I didn't want to unpack, repack and send it back, that would be too much work. Splicing instead of swapping was faster and easier. Disappointed!
